I've just started IF and I am getting the same euphoria that you described in one of your posts. Did you ever get to the bottom of the science behind it. Just that I really would love to know what foods I can eat beforehand to help induce this. I've found carb heavy foods that make me feel stuffed generally allow for me to feel great when I'm fasting the next day.
