Has anyone tried fasting after a run? Experiences?
I went for a run (45 min. medium paced) last night around 7 and kept a fast going until this afternoon around 12am. Which is my usual protocol when I IF. I felt fine, just wondering if anyone does this weekly or more and what they're experiences are good or bad.

I haven't fasted more than about 6 hours after a tough workout personally- I'm a hungry person in general. When I intentionally fast post-workout, I usually end up eating 3-4 hours after a tough morning workout, or 1-3 hours after a tough afternoon workout. But if you felt fine, that's great- provided you're eating a relatively high-protein diet in general.
