I have a question regarding breakfast (or the lack of it).
Some fitness gurus like Ori Hofmekler - founder of the Warrior's diet- argue that exercising on an empty stomach before eating breakfast or while fasting in general will result in greater fat loss, endurance and muscle growth.
Others - like Tim Ferriss- claim that eating protein-rich breakfast first thing in the morning and exercising some time later in the day is the best way to build muscles and lose weight.
Does anyone has any data on the subject?

The only data that's important is what works for you and your goals. I know people who do great fasted in the morning, I'm not one of them, I do great semi-fasted in the evening with a follow on carb backload. Everyone is different and has different goals. You need to just try things and see how they work for you.
