Does chocolate powder disrupt a fast?

The myriad health benefits of fasting seem to come from several different factors, e.g.:

  • No digestive activity (and downstream hormonal consequences)
  • No calories
  • No carbs

I typically follow a 16/8 intermittent fasting regime.  I'm wondering to what extent consuming chocolate powder during my "fasting" period will disrupt the benefits of the fast.  It will cause some digestive activity, and has a few grams of fiber, and 1-2 grams of non-fiber carbs.  Any ideas (informed guesses or logic) how big of an impact this would have on the positive health benefits of a 16 hour fast?
