consuming supplements during fast

Will fish oil or something like that break your fast?

Depends on the purpose of your fast. If it's to rest your digestive system and the organs involved, I'd skip it. If it's simply weightloss, I don't think it would hinder you too much.

Fat typically doesn't break a fast period. So fish oil is fine. Take as much as you normally do.

As for other supplements, most are fine, but I would skip any fat soluble vitamins as you won't have enough fat in your system to absorb them, so you will just piss them out.

it might not break it, depending on how much oil youre taking, google the fish oil brand and calories, youll probably find it, if it doesnt go over 20 cals, your good!
