After going the paper/Excel route, I now tracking my macronutrients w/an Android app (FatSecret). It has many plusses, but now that I've switched my food strategy to LeanGains (a mashup of intermittent fasting and cyclical keto), I need an app that allows me to track the very different caloric and macronutrient requirements for my workout and rest days.
I'd prefer a freebie app, but open to all.
