My thought is that it is fine but you will end fasting. Wait longer PWO for wait loss, wait less for muscle gain.

Well, it will break your fast. Depending on what you're trying to do, it may be better to avoid a post workout meal/shake for an hour or two - i.e. if you want to stay in autophagy and burn more fat. OTOH, if you want to "Get 70's Big" - then you shouldn't even be fasting.

IMO, it's best to eat a grassfed steak topped with a slice of kerrygold butter, a few bacon rashers, some organic mixed greens with EVOO and ACV as dressing, and maybe a baked sweet potato as a post workout meal than a shake.
