I've lost weight effortlessly on a very low carb diet, but I have liver disease and feel awful on that type of eating plan. I also can't tolerate more than 20 grams of carbs per meal. Obviously, I need calories from fat or carbs but can't tolerate either macronutrient. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Tubers, fruits, nuts, seeds, and vegetables equaling greater than 50g and bellow whatever level leaves you with ill effect (150g is a good enough starting point to work from).
