Is it highly unlikely I am insulin resistant while I'm lean and can't gain weight?

I'm trying to figure out the metabolic reason for my weight-loss despite my thyroid on the verge of going hypo.

I eat LC paleo, only carbs are rice and starches from veggies Light excersise - i'll shoot hoops or walk around campus daily

I'm strictly gluten/dairy free for autoimmune protocol, SIBO, and adrenal fatigue. I'm trying to find the **metabolic reason** for my weight loss I used to weigh 154 and am now to 124 this was before I even went paleo. I also got stomach ulcers around that time. Everything else points to that I would have weight gain; almost hypo thyroid, adrenal fatigue, insulin resistance. I know my sugar levels are out of whack because I can't sleep If I start sobering up from drinking or feel weak If I'm hungry

So, let me get this straight, you want to gain weight?

If that is the case, I highly suggest increasing your carbs!

Could you give more info though? I am kind of confused.
