Would you eat trash-fed insects?

I just stumbled upon this article and read some other sources. I know that insects in the paleo diet are discussed here and I'd like to give it a try. Yet, I've read about the insects can be fed with trash and garbage among other stuff and it doesn't sound like paleo to me at all. Would you eat such an insect?

I had roasted crickets whist in China -- I am assuming they were not grass-fed organic crickets. But I don't make insects a regular part of my diet.

Go to the pet store and breed your own crickets. Can also get a lizard and compete with him to eat them.

Hell no. The only way I'd eat insects is if I was stranded on an island or lost in the jungle. At least then, the buggers would be a bit loss contaminated and a bit more nutritious.
