My partner has torn a ligament in his knee, I'm wondering if anyone has any advice for natural healing. Our best bets at the moment are increasing the intake of Vitamin C and turmeric, bone broth every day, good meats and fats. Also, a friend has suggested DMSO gel, what are the opinions on this? Thank you!

How about getting a knee brace to immobilize it for a while, and then slowly build the muscles back up through exercise. The problem is going to be mechanical. Yes, Vitamin C and bone broth can help with the cartilage, but allowing it time to heal is probably more important.
