Information sources for the origin of different types of natural flavors?

Some natural flavors I don't mind ingesting occasionally, such as natural raspberry flavor from natural beaver innard juices, but there might be others derived from things that I normally avoid like the plague.

To determine whether I should avoid a particular food with a particular type of natural flavor (say, natural blueberry flavor), based on the natural product from which it's made and the processes used to make it, is there a general resource/database/library that I can use to look it up?
