My recipe is from the Paleo Parents and includes olives, olive oil, garlic, sea salt, vinegar, and walnuts. I've been going "nuts" on it, as some of you know I'm a compulsive kinda eater. Cucumbers (organic) and lots of this tapenade. Half the time I use 1/2 kalamata olives for the olives in the mix. Could any of this be making me puffy?
