I have been doing a little research into foods and asthma, as I have asthma myself and I am trying to change my diet and take out foods that cause inflammation.
I am reading that the paleo diet has helped people with their asthma and that also taking out the night shade family helps others also, but I am struggling to understand what to eat then? And if it is necessary to take out the nightshade family and just try paleo?
There is lots of mixed information on the internet about what causes what so if you have any experiences and what you substitute foods for I.e. rice and pasta if you eat curry etc..
That would be much appreciated
