Can anyone point me to any good write-ups on connections between insulin, or hyperinsulinemia, and inflammation? A doctor I know is giving a talk tomorrow night on carbohydrates, and wants this. Also wants to be prepared for questions about arachidonic acid from meat, poultry, and eggs, and inflammation. Blog posts or journal references would be great.
