Is getting bloated on a 100% clean primal diet, synonym of inflammation ?

broccoli and cauliflower (and cruciferous veggies in general) cause bloating.

Beef, pork, poultry, eggs, butter, eggplant, carrots, onions, lettuce, green onions, garlic, zucchini, squash, cashews, almonds, pistachios, strawberries, hard aged cheeses, spinach, sauerkraut, radishes, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers.......

Have you considered that you may be lactose intolerant? I would try cutting out the butter and cheeses and see if that helps. Also, are you eating the veggies raw? You may want to try making sure everything is cooked and see if that helps at all.

We need more specifics your diet. I get bloated if I eat too many raw veggies, which are primal.
