HS-CRP (high sensitivity C-Reactive Protein) test is the best way to determine whether you have that low-level chronic inflammation which appears to be the leading cause of so many diseases. There is a caveat though: If you are currently sick with a cold/flu, etc...Your CRP may be elevated, which would be normal. Make sure you aren't currently ill when you have it drawn.
