Just interested to see how much alcohol everyone drinks and what effects theyve noticed (other than the obvious ;) ) ?
I had a habit of drinking one a day, but now i only drink 2 or 3 times a week and have one or 2. Had to stop the daily drink because even when controlling for calories and carbs, i noticed some celulite and sleep disturbance.
How much alcohol do you drink and what do you consider appropriate for health?
