If so, any dietary/paleo things I can do to counter this issue?

I am thinking about adding colostrum to deal with IgA deficiency. Any thoughts by anyone?

Dr. Loren Cordain writes in "The Paleo Answer" that:

"In addition to lowering the risk for heart disease, regular consumption of fish or supplemental omega 3 fatty acids may be useful in averting, treating, or improving a wide range of diseases and disorders, including virtually all inflammatory diseases...[one of which is] IgA nephropathy"
