On IF routine but will be doing intense cardio tomorrow morning, should I eat before?

So I have been doing IF for a week but tomorrow I have said to a friend I would go to a spinning class at 7am. Normally I wouldn't eat my first meal until 12pm.

My question is, tomorrow if I am doing 45mins of quite intense cardio at 7am, should I eat breakfast before (if so how much). Or should I skip breakfast, do the spinning and hold out and eat my first meal at 12pm as usual.

Thanks

Yep, this is what I do. Usually 1 cup blueberries about 1 hour before.

if it were me, i'd fast and then eat my meal afterwards even if that means eating earlier than usual.

I do my morning workouts fasted. And eat when I'm done.
I'm thinking it's an n=1 scenario, figure out what works for you.

I'd reccomend eating some carbs (preferably fruit, like a banana or two, or some berries with raw honey) before the spin class. These will provide a quick release energy needed for your workout, without taking you out of "fasting mode" entirely (avoiding protein will still give you the benefits of autophagy).
