I am new to Paleo and have been researching as much as I can with a toddler by my side. I have read some of the Perfect HEalth Diet and Dr. Kruse and Lean Gains. I do like to IF but if I do it in the morning..say wait to eat till 11 after waking up at 7 am I screwing up my Leptin Sensitivity and sleep rhyhms? Or do i eat a high protien breakfast and wait to workput in the afternoon? Or shouldn i workout while fasting? HELP! I still have some babyweight to lose. Thanks!
