Hi, I read a lot of times about turmeric and his benefits.. also against strong disease as crohns and multiple sclerosis.. I'am an EX ibs sufferer , since I went paleo my symtomps are very better !

I bought Turmeric and I used it with black pepper in all my plates.. and also everynight I drink a cuo of green tea with a few of curcuma inside..

It's good in your opinion?

Very true - without the pepperine (in pepper), most of the turmeric just passes through... Hardly any uptake of nutrients.

Always add a little black pepper with turmeric. It increases intestinal absorbtion rate 1000 fold.

I put 95% organic turmeric and 5% organic black pepper into empty gelatin capsules myself and take 3-4 a day. My muscle aches remind me when I forget to take it.

Mark's Daily Apple has a recipe for turmeric "tea" which kind of has a chai feel to it: http://www.marksdailyapple.com/creamy-turmeric-tea/#axzz21GjWeMAY

I put it in scrambled eggs.

Also make a drink of warm coconut cream, stevia, and turmeric.

Turmeric is an excellent spice with many natural health benefits. We use it regularly in stews, curries and on vegetables.

Tumeric is great. Here's a few recipes I have tried:

Here's my favorite rub, goes great on everything, but especially a whole chicken: 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp turmeric .5 tsp cinnamon freshly ground pepper Salt to taste 2 tsp Garlic Powder 2 tsp Onion Powder

I just found a new use for it, lately. I mixed turmeric with apple cider vinegar, red pepper flakes, garlic, and salt to make a brine for making pickles. They were delicious!
