Hi! I'm having alot of stress with IBD and it didn't got much better after turning Paleo. I heard it would be a better idea to go SCD. Can anyone describe me the differences very shortly? I can't actually read the book because I'm in the middle of my finals :(

i've been doing paleo and scd since august. it wasn't until a few weeks ago that i made the SCD yogurt. i think it's really important to do this. i wish i would've done it sooner because i've seen results finally.

Info here http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/p/the-intro-diet/

But this page is the easiest to digest the whole diet: http://pecanbread.com/p/how/stages.html

SCD intro is actually more strict about how foods are prepared vs paleo for gut healing. You eliminate any carbs that are not monosacharrides to the best your ability. You progress through levels of allowed foods as gut heals over the course of months to years.

Also see GAPS diet.
