I've been strugglig with horrible persistant bloating after one year of strict paleo. I can't narrow it down to a specific food or meals i am just bloated all the time. I've tried to mecation for SIBO and nothing has helped. The only thing thats has privuded minor relief is going from 2-3 to 3-4 serves of fruit a day and increasing my starchy carbs. So my question is has anyone had similar problems and has anyone gone from paleo to vegan? I have been considering veganism to help with my tummy, indigestion, dry skin and oily hair.

Have you tried adding more probiotic foods? (Such as home made sauerkraut or kombucha)
Also, including fresh coconut (the thing you crack open) in your breakfast could help you as well.
I might be wrong, but I think the introduction of foods that aid healthy gut bacteria is the solution you seek ^_^
