Ok so I have IBS-D and are 'quite' okay when I eat very low carb, mostly meat/chicken, spinach, brocoli, cheese, ghee and eggs. Whenever I eat something bad, I get really sick, and I can't tolerate really anything except for those mentioned. Well, but the worst are, somehow, carrots. I remember I had those one year ago the day before school and the next day, I had to leave class. Two weeks ago I was eading a to-go salad and there where carrots in it - immediatly cramps and diarrhea.
What's in it that's causing this? I'm not allergic, I have no problem with fructose or anything.
