I did my first carb up tray after eating under 20 grams of carbs a day.
I was going to do the doughnuts and pizza thing like the carbonate and anabolic diet crowd do but was dissuaded by some of the users over here on paleo hacks.
I did my reefed at 6 o'clock where I consumed a protein shake with 150 grams of waxy maize. 75 grams pre and 75 grams post workout.
So I basically consumed 3 grams of sugar today rather than following kiefers "scientific" reasoning for eating pastries and cereal.
It was deadlift today with upper back accessory work a d I had an insane pump. I suffered no crash, I felt pretty great. I wanted to say thanks to the people who steered me away from the carbnite reefed and towards more of a sensible carb up.
My muscles look thick and full and I am liking this CKD thing.
