1. Meat:

Beef ??? steak, ground beef, Pork eggs, Fish, seafood ??? clams, scallops.

2. Veggies:

Frozen or fresh veggies. Note: avoid eating corn, beans etc.

3. Nuts:

raw/ lightly roasted and unsalted; or any nut butters

4. Healthy Fats

olive/almond/coconut oil, or flaxseed/grape seed oil

5. Fresh Fruits:

Whole fresh fruits no juice.
