Little red bumps on my butt and on my thighs (front and back)

Hey folks!

Unfortunately I have red bumps on my butt and thighs (front- and backside)

I have a hypothyroidism, therefore I am on Paleo AIP. No eggs, butter, nightshades, nuts but I still have my coffee (shame on me).

I also take my supplements like selenium, zinc, vitamin c, Vitamin B, magensium and organic gelatin. I am also struggling with cellulite or build-up of fluid, although I am lifting weights. I know it needs time, but I want to see improvements... :(

I will ditch the coffee, but what else can I do? Do you have any ideas or maybe a hint for me? Maybe some of you experienced the same?

:)

The red bumps are probably keratosis pilaris, have a search for that on here there's a few good topics on it. Lots of recommendations for retinol (liver/egg yolks), cold showers, and strict eating which you're already doing. I get KP on my thighs and triceps & find it goes when I exercise those bodyparts - squats for the thighs, pushups for the triceps. It always seems to come back though! As a guy it's not that annoying, a few girls say they even like the rough feeling on the thighs.
