Hypothyroidism turning to hyper

I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism, about 6 months ago...I was under extreme stress at the time and fell into a fog that did not go away until just recently. I daught out an endo on my own accord because my physician said u are borderline hypo and gave me .25mcg synthroid. The endo I went to bumped me up to 125 a day meds and it didn't take long for me to feel even worse, they checked my labs after I called and demanded answers and said tsh was at .17 so lower the dose to 112mcg. I myself dropped my dose to 62.5...half of the 125. I now feel greAt except get elevated heart rate. How long does it take for tsh to improve after reduction in medicine. And is it possible to have low tsh like .19 (they just checked me) and feel good? Is .19 a dangerous level for tsh??

My last TSH test was 0.23 and my doctor was very happy with that.

I agree with the quilt, get a new doctor, and quickly. My grandmother just passed on because of complications from a poorly managed hypothyroid case that turned hyperthyroid.
