Hair loss, Hashimoto's and Autoimmune Paleo

Okay, so I'm only in day ten of paleo (plus auto-immune protocol) diet as I have two auto-immune diseases (Hashimoto's/hypothyroidism and very bad rheumatoid arthritis). I also have very thin hair, possibly from the hypothyroidism, and it seems to be getting thinner (started about a month before starting the paleo diet). I'm on Eutroxig for the Hashimoto's and this has been working fine for me.

I guess my question is, will going paleo/low-carb and being hypothyroid (even on meds) make my hair fall out even more..? Any other paleos out there on meds with hypothyroidism have any experiences to share?

yes I just post about my hair loss in another blog. I was diagnosed three weeks ago and am having tremendous hair loss. I stated the autoimmune diet two weeks ago. Don't know what to do to slow down the hair loss :( having anxieties over it. If anyone has some insights as to what worked for them plz let us know. :)
