For a long time, ive been feeling drousy and tired all the time. I swtiched to paleo and things got better but still not completely. I recently got a blood glucose meter and have been keeping track of my blood sugar for a week now. It never goes above 50... even after I eat sugar! (i definitely feel strong crazvings) - regardless wether im in ketosis or even after a meal or snack or sugary thing.
When i wake up it's at 35-40 then goes to maybe 45-50 later in the day. And i feel fatigured and dizzy all the time.
Any tips for getting that number to normal state??
