too hungry during virus

So i have been having fever in the 103-105 degrees, and i have constanstly hungry as hell, should i eat or what? Any advice is ,uch appreciated

I would tread the middle ground and juice/bone broth fast.

Yes, energy restriction seems to be associated with better outcome during viral infections, but malnutrition has the opposite effect. Let your hunger guide you. If you don't feel like eating, don't ... that might be a signal that your body is taking care of it. If you're hungry, I wouldn't ignore it just because there might be some physiological benefit to it. At the end of the day, you need to meet the energy requirements of your immune system. Energy restriction puts your body in general in 'repair mode', but the immune system doesn't work that way. It needs energy to function properly. Balance is key. If you want to give your immune system a boost without the calories, a good idea would be to use some l-glutamine, vitamin C and zinc.

I have read that fasting is good for sickness, but I also believe you should always listen to what your body is telling you.
