I'm competing at Olympia in 13 weeks (it's a big fitness competition in Vegas) and was wondering how everyone felt about eating when hungry as a cue. I am used to eating at timed intervals when competing (every 3 hours), but would really like to get away from that stressor of always needing to have food prepared.
I will be in school while prepping for this show, so it is a good time to be able to be home and prepare meals as I need them, rather than living out of glass tupperware and eating cold chicken for 3 months.
When cutting, do you think my body will allow me this, or will it tell me that I am constantly hungry as I lean out?
