Does your age and appetite have correlation? Im 18 years old, and sometimes i feel like a bottomless pit, i sometimes even overconsume proteins, about 300 grams, and im still hungry. Any advice is much appreciated

At 18 years old, you are in the prime of your life hormonally. Take advantage of this hormone profile and listen to your body! Most of us were probably bottomless pits as teenagers. Enjoy that metabolism while you still have it! Eat the whole grass-fed cow, enjoy some vegetables, lift some heavy stuff, and stretch your legs out and sprint!

Yes! It certainly can. I was a BIG BIG BIG eater until I was about 22. I would easily put down 4000-5000 calories a day, and I was a girl at 5'4" and 115lbs at that time. If you are feeling good, at a good weight, and are eating mostly healthy foods, eat up!

You are likely still growin, if not up, certainly your body is still filling out. This is very hard work, and the body needs a lot of energy to do this, and keep up with everything else you are doing. Listen to your body, and eat healthy -- you will be ok!

It was the same when I was 18, bottomless pit. In part I put it down to eating a huge amount of white bread vegemite sandwiches and weet-bix (the Standard Austrlian diet!) and a lot of pysical acitivty aligned with that.

Some foods can be more satiating that others so your appetite may be linked to things like that, but generally at 18 metabolism is higher than it is for people who're older.

If I was eating the way I am not I can only imagine the nutritional gains/bedrock I could have fostered the existence of... Enjoy your appetite, take advantage of it and be well ;).
