Tired, increased appetite and libido, is this normal?

I'm a 20 year old woman who has been mostly paleo for about six months, with the occasionally cheat day. The last three or so weeks I've noticed that I feel a bit different lately, maybe its just the winter and lack of sunlight, but I find myself exhausted most of the time. Along with the exhaustion I feel really irritable a lot, similar to how I feel when I'm pmsing, but I'm not. I've also been super hungry lately and I know I'm eating enough because this is the same diet I've been eating for months without feeling these sudden bouts of hunger. To top all of these weird feelings off I seem to be a having a noticeable spike in my libido, sorry tmi. I was just wondering if any other paleo women have experienced similar symptoms, or if its something else not related to diet.

I like the drops myself (they are oil-based and good delivery). Haven't tried tablets.

I'm quite sure I'm not pregnant, as I had my period last month. I've been thinking about trying vitamin D, are the tablets usually effective?

second that thought! you might also want to try some Vitamin D, at least for winter months.
