What are your nutritional tips for banishing dark and hollow undereyes?

It could also be a liver condition. Eat some dandelion salads and see if that helps.

I have read that dark eye circles are signs of a food intolerance, usually gluten or dairy.

Unfortunately, undereye circles and bags can be genetic, but some things you can do are to place some spoons in the refrigerator for a few minutes, then place them over your eyes, or you can place usec, cold teabags over your eyes. The tannins in the tea are soothing to the eyes.

That would depend on the reason why you have this challenge. It could be simple dehydration, you could short of B vitamins, vitamin C; maybe a lack of sleep.

Are you tired or feeling fatigued? Is this hollow/black undereyes issue a new development, or one of long standing? Has anything changed recently (e.g,. new medication, a new baby?)? Are you eating more/less protein? Under a new stress?
