Histamine Intolerance

I think I might have this!

My skin looks red and uneven a lot of the time.

I feel my skin burning (face mainly) when I eat a lot of things like any fermented food and others.

Has anyone else experienced this?

My worry is that I am already quite thin, won't I lose more weight?

Have you tried Daosin? :)

That's the way without trying a diet

hi tnajamie,

I'm sensitive to histamine and since 2 month I can eat histamine rich food. Because I found a dietary supplement called Daosin which helps you to control you histamine level. Every single time if you eat histamine rich food your hi level rises and your body reacts with an allergic reaction. And your symptoms sounds like you having a hi intolerance. If you wanna give Daosin a try, I bought it online because that's the only thing I know.

Get well soon!

I get flushing, headaches, bloating, and depression from foods high in histamine. I put myself on a low histamine and low FODMAP diet (pretty bland) with great success. It took about 2-3 weeks to get used to but now I'm cool with having 2 meals a day of a combination of 10 or so safe foods. Kombucha, salmon, kraut, and chocolate are not worth the symptoms... well, maybe chocolate is but the cravings go away in those first 2 weeks for good. You just have to buck up and stick to it for results.
