I've been doing high intensity lifting at home with free weights and i'm seeing great results. Was just seeing if anyone else does and has any ideas for me to add to my work out routine?

Getting a pullup/chinup gimmick that mounts to the door frame is pretty easy they run around thirty bucks.
Mine made a mark on the frame but hasn't damaged it.
