So I'm trying to start a leptin reset to fix my crazy hunger swings (i'm 21 and a personal trainer with autoimmunity... not good to have hunger swings lol). Main question is I get really full fast in the morning, i eat maybe 10-15g of protein and i'm really full and it's hard to eat anything else.. but i know i need to eat a crap load more than that for leptin reset.. soooo anyone have any knowledge on whether it matters if you eat all the protein within 30min, OR do you just START eating within 30min of waking... I can eat 100g of protein, but it's going to take me an hour to slowly eat it.
Gonna talk to my functional medicine doc today about it.. wanted to see if anyone knew. thanks!

I have no knowledge on the topic and have never tried it but I get the impression that timing is an issue and you should be strict initally but can relax the timing slightly after the initial reset.
Again..no clue what I'm talking about.
Also if it's allowed, why not make a protein drink to boost your number.
