Is beef dripping healthy?

Hi,

I was thinking of putting beef drippings into my stews as an economical way of increasing my calories. However I’m not sure this is actually an healthy thing to do.

The drippings are from a 100% grass fed farm.

Please can someone tell me, if they know if this is a sensible thing to do.

 Thanks

I don't see a problem here. Eating nose-to-tail is generally encouraged in paleo. You can also cook bones, skin, and other tough parts to make bone broth - though it takes a lot of time without a pressure cooker.
