It seems I get a bet of nausea and acid reflux right after a drink cream on an empty stomach. I use ecological cream and I take lactrase enzymes with it so that the lactose won't be a problem. Why do I get this symptoms?
Lactose may not be the problem. Lots of people cannot tolerate casein, which is a protein found in milk. There is no pill to reduce casein, like there is for lactose. A big dose of fat on an empty stomach may cause reflux.
