I've got a doctors app soon to get medication, since I can no longer pretend I don't need it. Just a little background on me.
I'm looking for so called "cholesterol lowering" foods. I've found some on the net (Walnuts, Avacado, Olive Oil, Oatmeal and Garlic), but I'm looking for more, perhaps more effective, less mainstream ones. Any ideas?
