to all the wrestlers out there

How the hell do you avoid ruining your skin by changing weight during the off season? I pretty much ruined my skin when I was young. I would do triathlon, football, cross country and then in a few months when all my sports were off I would still eat about 7 thousand calories a day and balloon up 4 stone or so then as soon as sports started I would lose it all again.

Also can anyone shed some light on using test and HGH to treat damaged skin cells? How many IU's of growth are needed and is the carb ingestion rate the same as when you take them for enhancement reasons?

What do you mean damaged skin cells - do you mean stretch marks from rapid weight changes? Have you tried Bio Oil?

yes it does, most wrestlers balloon up in the off season jackass. Now stop stalking me via interwebs and go be annoying somewhere else.

Just a little hint: your weirdly oscillatory poundage has nothing to do with wrestling. Other wrestlers (or sportsmen in general) do not suffer from it. It's the DNA almost surely.

The secret to beauty is this: People look like what they are. This, for whatever reason, is some sort of immutable law of the universe that stands alongside the 2nd law of thermodynamics.

The fact that "gruffalo" (some sort of Brit comic of an overgrown, physically unattractive creature) acts like a freak, surely looked like a freak in his youth, and now sheath under bad skin is thus befitting.
