Do you know any teacher, video , websites, books, quotes, stories, etc., on wild edible and medical herbs and paleo diet? Is there maybe someone who harvests his green vegetables out of the wild?

I know there are some. How do they excercise? Do they jump and work in the forest? Or do they go to the gym? Or do they combine both?

Or Paleodieters who refer to medical wild growing plants, for problems with whatever?

I haven't seen any specifically paleo books/sites on foraging, not that that means there aren't any. And I think you are not from North America, right? In which case these books may not be that useful. But learning about edible plants is fun and fascinating, and when I was in my disaster-preparedness phase, I took a few classes, and learned a lot. Some classics are:

As for medicinal herbs, there are also some good books, although I would be extremely wary of trying any medicinal preps on my own:

But you really need to look for books that are specific to your location.
