Herbal teas and insulin spikes

Does drinking non caffeinated herb that is not sweetened spike blood sugar and so is it alright to have between meals as I don't have snacks and eat only 2 meals a day

Depends what's in the tea. If it's just herbs then you should be alright. In my experience, if I drink this rooibos blend containing gogi berries it'll spike me a bit. But with most green tea blends I'm fine, even green tea with lemon.
