I'm new to paleo..only decided to change my lifestyle this week. I want to know what to throw out and what to keep...especially condiment wise...can I use woschestershire sauce? Apple cider vinegar? Jam?
Ive bought coconut flour, almond flour, tapioca flour, honey, agave sugar (I need to wean off slowly) are there other essentials that I need to cook with?
Lastly, is it tye end of the world if I still have my coffee with milk?

I got rid of almost all processed foods, condiments. Apple Cider Vinegar is fine to keep. Agave is bad news as far as sweeteners. I like to have fish sauce around to use in place of all the savory condiments I used to use. I keep some dates and raw honey for paleo treats or raw truffles. I use half and half in a cup of coffee as a treat, otherwise I drink it black. It's good to make bone broth and keep it frozen for cooking stews, chili or just drinking a cup of it. A good selection of fresh spices is helpful as well. Coconut milk & oil. Frozen salmon, beef, pork belly, etc.
