So, I have to bring my girlfriend dinner tomorrow after her workout. I'm not great at this stuff; any ideas for a good paleo dinner that I can transport 30 min and doesn't take much prep time?
Thanks guys :) Edit: She doesn't like shrimp or any shellfish. Essentially I'm looking for a great idea for an easy, cold meal.

Meat and vegetables with lovely spices and healthy fat.
You cannot go wrong with a salad and meat source: shrimp, grilled chicken (cooled)...Just don't cross-contaminate if you're not gf and she is (I won't eat from a non-gf kitchen as I've been cc'd too many times).
