Hey folks. I have done 4 Whole 30's, and my first was the most strict-I didn't even take asprin! I'm on round 5 now and I hesitate to call it a Whole 30 because I am not being 100% compliant. I moved across the country about 2 weeks ago, arrived in my new town on 12/31 and began my Whole 30 on January 1st.
Since I just uprooted my entire life and knew I'd still be settling in/adjusting, I have been a little lax about this round. I have eaten meat with 2% or less of sugar. My meat sources have gotten better the longer I've been here, so now I've found some good local stuff. I am eating noncompliant (but very clean, considering) bacon, I use a few slices in recipes maybe once a week.
Some other random details that may be relevant: I am not working out, just a little light yoga 1-2 times a week, I drink about 2 cups of coffee in the morning and I get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night.
I was horribly ill the first 3-4 days this time around, and although I started to feel much better around day 5, I am still really fatigued most days, with some dull headaches and dizziness. Twice since day 5 I have gotten so dizzy in the shower in the morning, I had to get out and lay down.
Any ideas what could be causing these symptoms?
