Please help me feel better!

I just ate out with friends a few hours ago and am feeling horrible right now. I ordered from a gluten free menu- got an omelet with broccoli and a side of avocado and potatoes. I didn't even eat that much but now I can't get out of bed and I have a party tonight. I feel lethargic and I kep burping. Any food suggestions or remedies for my painful gurgling stomach would be appreciated.

1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1 heaping teaspoon aluminum free baking soda

1 or 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

mix into 30 oz water.

drink up

You combined fats with a fast absorbing starch never combine a fat with starches or sugar bad idea they work against each other and cause mad innergestion all i say is if you have baking soda try a teaspoon with a full glass of water give it 10-15 mins and you will let out one heck of a burp but you'll feel better or take 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar with the mother in it and some water that will increase your stomach acid balance and digest it quicker hope these ideas help...
