Few questions.. need answering!

Hello all!

I know these questions are quite random but I am hoping someone can answer them.

First of all, I began eating paleo back in Oct and love it! I started about a month after I went off the pill just wanting to be more natural and after hearing all of the negative side effects. This was back in September and I still haven't had my TOM yet. I have lost over 30 lbs which I thought may be a factor plus I read it can take several months to get it back. Does anyone have any similar experience? My mom is starting to get worried. I am a normal weight and am not underweight.

Also, I have a big night planned tomorrow to see some friends from school so I would like to "show off the new me" But, I feel I get so bloated by the end of the day so I feel like my efforts will look unnoticed. Does anyone know of any anti-bloating foods or ones to avoid?

THANK YOU :)

I did it because I suffered from the worst cramps ever then decided to go off it to become more natural, hoping they'd be better. But, it's now May and I still have not had it =/

Asparagus, caffiene, sauna are all ways to lose excess water.

When you say bloat, do you gastroinstestinal bloating or water retention?

Just curious why you went on the pill in the first place? Did you do it to regulate periods or treat acne? If so, you may have PCOS that was simply covered up by the pill (and since the pill masks PCOS instead of treating it) it may have worsened over time. In that case, lower carbs may help.
